This stand-alone service is designed for travelers who already know where they want to go and what they want to do, but don’t want the stress of comparing options, tracking prices, or handling bookings. We take your desired accommodations, cruises, and experiences and turn them into confirmed, worry-free reservations Please note: This service is included in the Leisure Clarity Call and Signature Journey Design Experiences. What’s Included: Research for Hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals Cruises Tours, excursions, and experiences Comparison of the best available options based on: Your budget Travel style Preferences (location, amenities, comfort level, etc.) Price monitoring and value-based recommendations Booking of your selected: Accommodations Cruises Experiences Coordination of dates, times, and policies Delivery of all confirmations in one organized place You stay in control of what you choose. I handle how it gets booked—accurately, efficiently, and with your best interests in mind. Pricing: $39 per booking item, such as: One accommodation One cruise One experience or tour OR $69 Booking Bundle Includes up to three booking items (any combination of accommodations, cruises, or experiences). There are no hidden fees. You only pay for what you need booked. Cancellation Policy
Livable Leisure provides professional travel research and booking assistance for accommodations, cruises, and experiences. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Scope of Service This service includes research, comparison, and booking of client-selected accommodations, cruises, and experiences. Livable Leisure acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between the client and third-party travel suppliers. Livable Leisure does not operate airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour companies, or transportation providers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing changes, service failures, or performance. Fees & Payment Booking fees are charged per item or bundle as stated at time of purchase. All service fees are non-refundable once research or booking work has begun. Supplier costs (hotels, cruises, tours, etc.) are separate from Livable Leisure’s service fees and are governed by the supplier’s terms. Third-Party Supplier Responsibility All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the travel supplier. Livable Leisure is not responsible for: Schedule changes, cancellations, or delays Supplier insolvency or business closure Weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions Illness, injury, loss, or damage during travel Quality of services provided by third parties Clients agree that any disputes regarding travel services must be resolved directly with the supplier. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate traveler information Reviewing all confirmations for accuracy Meeting passport, visa, and entry requirements Purchasing travel insurance if desired Failure to review confirmations does not relieve the client of responsibility for errors or supplier penalties. No Guarantees Livable Leisure makes no guarantees regarding pricing, availability, or outcomes. Prices fluctuate and availability is controlled by third parties. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Livable Leisure’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking service giving rise to the claim. Livable Leisure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in California.
