Cancellation Policy

Nature of Service The Complimentary Consultation Call is a 15-minute introductory session provided by Livable Leisure, LLC (“Company”). This call is designed to explore your travel goals, answer initial questions, and determine if our services are a good fit. This session does not include itinerary design, detailed research, or booking services. No Obligation / No Guarantee of Service This consultation is offered at no cost and does not obligate either party to move forward. Livable Leisure reserves the right to decline service at its discretion. Transition to Paid Services Should you choose to proceed, all travel planning, itinerary design, and booking services are provided under a separate paid agreement. To keep the experience smooth and intentional: Planning begins only after your consultation and receipt of payment Timelines vary based on trip complexity and client responsiveness Clear, timely communication is essential to create a well-aligned travel experience Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during and after the consultation. Any recommendations discussed are general in nature and may change based on availability, pricing, or supplier conditions. No Guarantees Livable Leisure does not guarantee pricing, availability, travel outcomes, or supplier performance discussed during the consultation. Travel conditions may change without notice. Third-Party Suppliers Any travel providers mentioned are independent third parties. Livable Leisure does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, errors, or omissions. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Livable Leisure, LLC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damages arising from reliance on information provided during the consultation or from third-party services. Rescheduling & No-Shows Clients may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of future complimentary consultation opportunities. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within California. Acceptance of Terms By scheduling this consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
