This best serves those who feel overwhelmed, short on time, or unsure where to begin; ideal for first-time travelers, busy professionals, and anyone wanting clarity before committing to full planning. This service includes: One-on-one planning time with a Travel Concierge Destination guidance and trip feasibility Budget alignment and travel strategy Expert insight you won’t find in a Google search The Leisure Clarity Call includes a comprehensive planning experience fee, which covers both personalized travel planning and booking services. During this 30-minute call, you'll receive expert guidance on your travel goals, and we'll handle the booking details to ensure a seamless experience. This means you’ll get personalized recommendations, clear next steps, and the convenience of having everything booked for you.
Cancellation Policy
Nature of Service The Leisure Clarity Call is a 30-minute consultation provided by Livable Leisure (“Company”). The call includes a planning experience fee that covers both personalized travel planning and booking services. No Guarantees While we provide expert guidance and handle bookings, Livable Leisure does not guarantee pricing, availability, or outcomes. Travel conditions and supplier availability may change without notice. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for ensuring all travel requirements (e.g., passports, visas, insurance) are met. The Company will facilitate bookings based on the information provided by the Client. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Livable Leisure is not liable for any loss, injury, or expense arising from third-party suppliers, acts of nature, or other unforeseen circumstances. Third-Party Providers All suppliers and vendors are independent entities. Livable Leisure does not control or assume responsibility for their actions. Payment & Fees The planning experience fee is non-refundable once the call is completed. If the Client books a full itinerary or additional services within 30 days, the planning fee will be credited toward those services. Rescheduling & No-Shows Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable. Governing Law These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts. Acceptance of Terms By booking the Leisure Clarity Call, the Client agrees to these updated Terms and Conditions.
