Signature Journey Design is your done-for-you, fully personalized travel plan crafted from scratch around you. It’s for travelers who want a thoughtful, stress-free experience without spending hours researching. This service includes: A personalized travel vision session (30 minutes) Destination and experience curation based on your style, pace, and budget A custom day-by-day itinerary Recommendations for; Lodging Transportation between cities or regions Activities, tours, and “can’t-miss” experiences Restaurants and local gems A digital itinerary you can access on your phone One round of refinements after delivery AND Because you’ve engaged in a planning service, you also unlock access to Seamless Booking Support. Your itinerary comes with continuity, you’re supported beyond the plan. We take care of all bookings for hotels, excursions, and ground transportation, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Please note: Flight bookings are not included in this service. We focus on making your destination and on-ground experience exceptional. This service focuses on designing the experience—how your trip feels, flows, and fits your life—so you can simply enjoy it without overwhelm.
Cancellation Policy
By booking services with Livable Leisure, you agree to the following policies and terms. Nature of Services Livable Leisure provides travel consultation, itinerary design, research, and booking assistance. We act solely as an independent travel advisor and planner. We do not own, operate, or control any airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, or other travel suppliers. All recommendations are made in good faith based on client preferences and publicly available information at the time of planning. No Guarantee of Outcomes Travel conditions, availability, pricing, weather, health regulations, and supplier policies are subject to change at any time. Livable Leisure does not guarantee pricing, availability, experiences, safety, or outcomes of travel. Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political instability, or supplier changes. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Livable Leisure shall not be liable for: Acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers Delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or tour operators Loss of luggage, injury, illness, or death Weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure events Government actions, border closures, or travel restrictions Client agrees to release Livable Leisure from any and all claims arising from travel arrangements or experiences. Clients are responsible for: Ensuring passports, visas, and documentation are valid Reviewing all itinerary details and confirmations Understanding entry requirements, health advisories, and travel rules Purchasing travel insurance (strongly recommended) Promptly communicating any changes or concerns Livable Leisure is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information. Payments & Fees All planning, consultation, and design fees are non-refundable once services begin. Fees compensate for time, expertise, and research. Revisions Each planning service includes the stated number of revisions. Additional changes, redesigns, or new trip elements may be billed at the current hourly or package rate. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the State of California.
